people with strong indian-accent said my computer was sending repeatidely error messages. They started guiding me to press Ctrl+R on my keyboard: this is a typical shortcut to open a terminal on a Windows machine. But I have a Linux operating system, so this doesn't even work for me. When I started asking questions on who they were, from where they were calling and what type of errors they were getting from my machine, they said they would call me back tomorrow. I don't know where their commands would have lead my computer, but this is clearly not a genuine help they were offering!!!
